Keep Hydrated – Holistic Health

It’s summer and it is hot everywhere. Dehydration is one of the main issues plaguing our health in the heat. So what can you do to keep yourself hydrated? Here are a few tips:

Coconut water is great to keep your body hydrated. Make sure to drink plenty of it;
Eat 2 cups of plain white yogurt per day;
Fruits & vegetables have plenty of water & nutrients;
Cucumber juice;
Tzatziki dip made with plain yogurt, cucumbers and garlic.
