It’s summer and it is hot everywhere. Dehydration is one of the main issues plaguing our health in the heat. So what can you do to keep yourself hydrated? Here are a few tips:
- Coconut water is great to keep your body hydrated. Make sure to drink plenty of it;
- Eat 2 cups of plain white yogurt per day;
- Fruits & vegetables have plenty of water & nutrients;
- Cucumber juice;
- Tzatziki dip made with plain yogurt, cucumbers and garlic.
