Ladies, You Come First!
Women are so busy being everything to everybody that they don’t have time for themselves. For the most part, they put their kids, husbands, boyfriends, job, house, and parents first. It is time, you put yourself first as you can’t be all things to everybody if you don’t take care of yourself!
When was the last time you took a “me” day? Got a massage, healing, manicure or pedicure, took a yoga class & or guided meditation session? All these services can be very therapeutic and give you a high sense of relaxation and nurturing.
Women are usually very spiritual in nature. What are you doing to express and nurture your spirituality? Do you meditate, pray, practice gratitude, commune with nature? If you aren’t doing so, I strongly encourage you to take some time every day to connect to your spiritual nature.
